Returns
Refunds are available for orders returned to our warehouse within 30 days from the delivery date.
Store Credits & Exchanges can be requested for orders returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
We strive to handle all returns within 1-2 business days of receipt, but please allow up to 5 business days during peak times.

Returns Policy
At Bennie Scrubs, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If it’s not a perfect fit, we’re here to help with easy returns, exchanges, or store credits.
Return Window: You’ve got 30 days from when your order arrives to start a return.
Refunds: We’re happy to offer refunds on full-priced items.
Store Credits: If you shopped during a sale, we’ll provide a store credit for your return.
What Can’t Be Returned: Please keep in mind that items from our permanent sale page are final sale, so they can’t be returned.
How to Return: Just make sure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with the tags still attached. Don’t forget to include your proof of purchase, like your order number or invoice. If your return doesn’t meet these guidelines, we’ll reach out to you to arrange sending the item back.
Important Note: We can only accept items that are in their original condition. If we receive a return that has makeup stains, signs of wear, or is missing tags, we won’t be able to process it. In that case, you’ll need to cover the shipping cost to have the item returned to you. To avoid any hiccups, please double-check your items before sending them back.
Exchanges
Australia Orders
We want you to love what you ordered! If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 28 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. To initiate an exchange, reach out to our customer support team at team@benniescrubs.com.au, and we'll guide you through the process. Please note that exchange requests for items purchased during sales are subject to store credit only. For any questions or assistance, our team is here to help
International Orders
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for international orders.
Standard Returns
Refunds are available for eligible purchases returned within 30 days of your delivery date. A fee will be deducted from your refund if you use our return postage label.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. If you used multiple payment methods (e.g., store credit and PayPal/Credit Card/Debit Card/AfterPay), the refund will be distributed accordingly.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or something different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly at team@benniescrubs.com.au. Include as much detail as possible, along with photos, to help us resolve the issue quickly.
To minimize our environmental impact, we prefer to offer reimbursement for repairs if there's a minor issue with your product.
For major issues, you can choose between a replacement, store credit, or a refund. If the product was significantly misrepresented or inaccurately described, you're entitled to your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Rejected Returns
It's your responsibility to ensure your return meets the specified requirements. If we receive a return with makeup stains, signs of wear, or missing tags, it won’t pass our quality control, and we won’t be able to process it. In such cases, you’ll need to cover the shipping cost to have the item sent back to you.
If your return doesn't meet our standards, we’ll contact you right away with more details. You'll then have the option to pay for the item to be returned to you or have it destroyed if it's not fit for resale. If you choose to have the item destroyed or don’t respond within 10 days, it will be donated to a fabric recycling facility. To avoid any issues, please double-check your items before sending them back.
International Returns
International Returns Policy
We want you to absolutely love your Bennie Scrubs, no matter where you are in the world. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for International Returns
You may return eligible items within 28 days of delivery for a store credit, refund, or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags must still be attached
- Must be returned with proof of purchase
How to Return
- Email us at team@benniescrubs.com.au with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return address
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs (we recommend using a tracked service)
Important Notes
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- We do not offer free international returns at this time
- If your item is not eligible for return, we’ll contact you to arrange shipping it back to you at your cost
Additional Information
Delivery times might shift due to holidays, weekends, or bad weather. Please note that we’re not responsible for packages that are delayed in transit or stolen after delivery.

Order Cancellation Requests
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are only available within 24 hours of placing your order, and before it has been processed for shipping.
