Return Window:
You have 30 days from when your order arrives to start a return.
Refunds:
We’re happy to offer refunds on eligible full-priced items. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Sale Items:
Items purchased during a sale may be eligible for store credit, unless marked as Final Sale.
Final Sale Items:
Final Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Return Condition:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please include your proof of purchase, such as your order number or invoice.
Return & Exchange Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges, including change of mind or incorrect sizing returns. The only exception is if your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, in which case we will cover the cost of the return or replacement.
Important Note:
We can only accept items that are returned in their original condition. If we receive a return that has makeup stains, signs of wear, has been washed, or is missing tags, we won’t be able to process it. In this case, you’ll be responsible for the shipping cost to have the item returned to you. To avoid any hiccups, please double-check your items before sending them back.
