We strive to process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days of purchase. Please note that shipping time is additional to this dispatch period.

Returns Policy

Refunds are available for orders returned to our warehouse within 30 days from the delivery date.

Store Credits & Exchanges can be requested for orders returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

We strive to handle all returns within 1-2 business days of receipt, but please allow up to 5 business days during peak times.

  • If it’s not quite right, we’re here to help with returns, exchanges, or store credits.

    Return Window:
    You have 30 days from when your order arrives to start a return.

    Refunds:
    We’re happy to offer refunds on eligible full-priced items. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

    Sale Items:
    Items purchased during a sale may be eligible for store credit, unless marked as Final Sale.

    Final Sale Items:
    Final Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

    Return Condition:
    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please include your proof of purchase, such as your order number or invoice.

    Return & Exchange Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges, including change of mind or incorrect sizing returns. The only exception is if your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, in which case we will cover the cost of the return or replacement.

    Important Note:
    We can only accept items that are returned in their original condition. If we receive a return that has makeup stains, signs of wear, has been washed, or is missing tags, we won’t be able to process it. In this case, you’ll be responsible for the shipping cost to have the item returned to you. To avoid any hiccups, please double-check your items before sending them back.

  • To start your return or exchange, simply head to our returns portal, sign in, and follow the prompts before sending anything back.

    Please submit your request through our returns portal within 30 days of receiving your order.

    International Orders
    We offer exchanges for international orders, however customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.

  • If you receive a defective item or something different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly at team@benniescrubs.com.au. Include as much detail as possible, along with photos, to help us resolve the issue quickly.

    To minimise our environmental impact, we prefer to offer reimbursement for repairs if there's a minor issue with your product.

    For major issues, you can choose between a replacement, store credit, or a refund. If the product was significantly misrepresented or inaccurately described, you're entitled to your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund.

  • It's your responsibility to ensure your return meets the specified requirements. If we receive a return with makeup stains, signs of wear, or missing tags, it won’t pass our quality control, and we won’t be able to process it. In such cases, you’ll need to cover the shipping cost to have the item sent back to you.

    If your return doesn't meet our standards, we’ll contact you right away with more details. You'll then have the option to pay for the item to be returned to you or have it destroyed if it's not fit for resale. If you choose to have the item destroyed or don’t respond within 10 days, it will be donated to a fabric recycling facility. To avoid any issues, please double-check your items before sending them back.

Additional Information

Delivery times might shift due to holidays, weekends, or bad weather. Please note that we’re not responsible for packages that are delayed in transit or stolen after delivery.

  • Unfortunately, shipping days do not include weekends or public holidays. As we are based in Brisbane, Queensland public holidays apply.

  • During our sale periods, dispatch may be delayed by up to 3 business days.

    During sale events, additional discount codes may be temporarily unavailable. This includes affiliate codes, welcome discounts, and other promotional offers. Where applicable, the sale pricing will replace these discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless specified.

  • We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel/change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are only available within 24 hours of placing your order, and before it has been processed for shipping.
