How Bennie Fits

Scrub Sets, Tops, Bottoms & Caps

Our scrub sets are designed to feel comfortable, flattering, and practical for long shifts.

Our tops have a slightly more fitted silhouette and sit a little shorter for a polished look. Our pants are designed with an elastic waistband and drawstring for comfort and flexibility.

Our signature scrub caps are designed with an adjustable fit, so you can customise the feel depending on your head size, hair length, and preferred coverage.

As our scrub sets are sold together, we recommend choosing your scrub size based on your pants for the most comfortable overall fit.

How To Measure

  • Bust

    Measure across the fullest part of the bust, keeping the tape straight and relaxed.

  • Body Length

    Measure from the highest neck point down to the hem of the top.

  • Arm Sleeve

    Measure from the shoulder seam down to the sleeve hem.

  • Waist

    Measure around the smallest part of your waist, keeping the tape comfortably relaxed.

  • Hips

    Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom.

  • Inseam

    Measure from the top of your inner leg down to your ankle.

  • Our scrub tops are designed with a slightly shorter, more fitted silhouette. If you prefer extra room through the bust, shoulders, or arms, we recommend sizing up.

  • Our scrub pants feature an elastic waistband and adjustable drawstring for comfort. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing your size based on your pants.

  • Our scrub pants have an approximate inseam of 78cm, designed to suit a wide range of heights.

  • Our scrub caps are designed with an adjustable fit. If you prefer more coverage or usually wear your hair tied up, we recommend choosing our ponytail pouch style.

  • Consider how you usually wear your hair at work. If you have long, thick, or tied-up hair, you may prefer our ponytail pouch style for extra room and coverage.

Scrub Sets

As our scrub sets are sold together, we recommend choosing the size that will feel most comfortable for your pants. Our tops are slightly more fitted, while our bottoms allow more flexibility through the elastic waistband and drawstring.

Tie-Back Scrub Caps

Our tie-back scrub cap is designed for a classic, adjustable fit. It is best suited for short to medium hair lengths, low buns, or hair worn tucked neatly underneath the cap.

Short hair, medium hair, low buns, and a classic scrub cap fit.

Ponytail Pouch Scrub Caps

Our ponytail pouch scrub cap is designed with extra room at the back to comfortably hold longer or thicker hair. It is ideal if you wear your hair in a ponytail, bun, or prefer more coverage.

Best for:
Long hair, thick hair, ponytails, buns, and extra coverage.

What We Recommend

If you are between sizes in our scrub sets, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, especially if you prefer extra room through the hips, thighs, bust, or shoulders.

For scrub caps, we recommend choosing your style based on how you usually wear your hair at work.

Choose Tie-Back if you prefer a classic, simple fit.

Choose Ponytail Pouch if you need extra room for longer, thicker, or tied-up hair.
