However, credit card information is always encrypted during transfers over networks for your protection.

Once an order is confirmed and a Purchase Contract is established, the price of the product will remain fixed, except in cases where: i. A written agreement or email communication specifies a different arrangement between you and us.
(e) All prices listed on the website exclude delivery charges, which will be shown separately during the ordering process.
(f) If a pricing error occurs due to system or internet issues, we reserve the right to correct the price or cancel the order as necessary.
(a) Some products or services may be available exclusively online through our website. These items may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only, as per our return policy.
(b) While we strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
(c) We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or Services to any individual, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, Bennie Scrubs reserves the right to limit the quantities of any products or services offered. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our discretion. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for a product or service on our website is void where prohibited.
(d) We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, or information purchased or obtained from us will meet your expectations, nor do we guarantee that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
(a) We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. At our discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account, using the same credit card, and/or with the same billing and shipping address. In case we make changes to or cancel an order, we may notify you via the email or phone number provided during the order process. We also reserve the right to prohibit orders that, in our judgment, seem to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
(b) You agree to provide up-to-date, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through Bennie Scrubs. You must promptly update your account information, including email addresses, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you when necessary.
7.1Â Order Creation
By placing an order through Bennie Scrubs, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Receiving an order confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted. The contract between you and Bennie Scrubs is only finalized when you receive a shipping confirmation, indicating we’ve accepted and are fulfilling your order.
We reserve the right to perform security checks to confirm your authorization as the cardholder or account holder before processing your order.
Orders placed in Australia will be charged in AUD. Your bank may apply additional conversion fees, which Bennie Scrubs is not responsible for, and we do not provide refunds for such fees.
7.2Â Order Changes
If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately at team@benniescrubs.com.au. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot make changes, and you will need to wait for its arrival to initiate a return or exchange. Bennie Scrubs is not responsible for return shipping costs.
If you’ve entered incorrect shipping details, Bennie Scrubs is not liable for any lost or misdelivered parcels. If our team cannot update the address before dispatch, you will need to coordinate a redirect with the courier.
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately at team@benniescrubs.com.au. Once an order has been packed, it cannot be canceled and must be returned according to our returns policy. We will not be held responsible for return shipping costs if this occurs.
Bennie Scrubs reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to:
Bennie Scrubs offers free standard shipping on orders over $120 AUD. This applies to the total paid after discounts are applied. If your order total falls below $120 AUD due to a discount, you will not be eligible for free shipping.
We do not ship to Military/APO addresses. All orders are processed and shipped between Monday and Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed during peak periods like sales or national holidays may experience slight delays.
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, unforeseen delays with our couriers or customs clearance may occasionally occur. Bennie Scrubs is not responsible for delays caused by these circumstances, and we advise allowing extra time for delivery during busy periods.
8.1Â Missing Deliveries:
Ensure you provide a secure delivery location for your order, as Bennie Scrubs is not liable for missing or stolen parcels. If your parcel is marked as delivered but is missing, please contact the courier for proof of delivery, as our shipping options may include leaving parcels in safe places. Should you still be unable to locate your parcel with proof of delivery, contact us at team@benniescrubs.com.au for further assistance. Note that we cannot offer refunds for parcels that are marked as delivered but are missing. If a replacement is issued, it will not be eligible for return or refund.
We do not accept responsibility for parcels delivered to freight forwarding services. If you choose to use such services, it will be at your own risk, and you will be responsible for all return fees if applicable.
8.2Â Missing Items from Deliveries:
If you discover an item missing from your order upon delivery, please take photos of the packaging and the items you received, and email us at team@benniescrubs.com.au. Our warehouse scans and weighs all orders to ensure accuracy and is monitored by security cameras. We do not offer refunds for missing items if our evidence indicates that the order was fulfilled correctly.
8.3Â Damaged Deliveries:
If your parcel arrives damaged, please immediately take a photo and send it to our customer service team. Be cautious when opening your parcel to avoid further damage, especially if using sharp objects. Bennie Scrubs is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling during unpacking.
For deliveries outside of Australia, customs duties and taxes may apply, determined by the destination country. Bennie Scrubs does not control these fees or estimate their amounts, which can vary widely by country.
Duties are based on the value of your parcel, and discount codes, store credits, and gift cards do not affect these charges.
It is your responsibility to check with your local Customs office for any additional charges before purchasing.
Duties and taxes are non-refundable as they are required by your country's government and are not handled by Bennie Scrubs. If you refuse to pay these fees and request a return, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from any potential refund. Customs duties and taxes will also apply to exchange orders.
10.1Â Change of Mind Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your Bennie Scrubs purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets the following criteria:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Bennie Scrubs reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements, in which case the items will be returned to you at your expense.
All returns must be processed through our return portal. We cannot be held responsible for returns not processed through this portal and require sufficient shipping evidence, such as a tracking number.
10.2Â Refunds:
First-time customers are eligible for a refund on their initial purchase only, in addition to an exchange or store credit. A return fee applies to all refunds, which must be processed via our return portal.
For subsequent purchases or exchange orders, refunds are not available. Per ACCC guidelines, we are not obligated to provide refunds for change of mind.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and discount codes or loyalty rewards are forfeited. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Bennie Scrubs is committed to delivering high-quality products. If you receive an item with a defect, please contact us immediately at team@benniescrubs.com.au with photos of the fault. Do not use or dispose of the item until the claim is assessed.
If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturer fault, we will offer a replacement, credit, or refund. Items not deemed faulty due to wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions are not eligible for replacement or compensation.
By tagging @benniescrubs on social media, you agree that your content may be featured on Bennie Scrubs' social media channels, emails/SMS, and the "Bennie + You" section of our website. You also grant us permission to use your name or social media handle in connection with the content for identification purposes.
By posting and tagging Bennie Scrubs, you consent to the following:
(a) Occasionally, you may encounter information on our site or within our services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, which may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. Bennie Scrubs reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update or change information or cancel orders if any information in our services or on related websites is found to be inaccurate, without prior notice (even after you have placed your order).
(b) We are under no obligation to update, amend, or clarify information in our services or on related websites, including pricing information, except as required by law. No date specified for updates or refreshes in our services or on related websites should be interpreted to indicate that all information has been modified or updated.
In addition to other prohibitions set forth in our Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using our site or its content:

(c) To violate any international, federal, provincial, state, or local regulations, rules, or laws;
